When Art Basel took over Miami, Collectors Club wasn’t just watching the show — we became a part of it. Our very first Art Basel was one for the books, transforming our Wynwood lounge and bar into a vibrant intersection of art, community, and card culture.
🎨 An Immersive Gallery in the Heart of Wynwood
Inside the space, we celebrated two incredible female artists, turning the venue into a living, breathing gallery. As Afrobeat rhythms pulsed through the air thanks to a live DJ, guests wandered freely with complimentary drinks in hand, soaking in art that pulsed with energy and emotion.
This wasn’t your average gallery night — it was alive, flowing, spontaneous.
🖌️ Messi on the Streets: A Card Comes to Life
But the moment that stole the night? It happened outside.
Street artist Murray stunned the crowd by painting the first-ever Lionel Messi trading card live on the walls of Wynwood. Right there, on the sidewalk, art lovers and collectors alike gathered to watch the card hobby meet street art in real time. Cameras were raised. Conversations started. Passersby became participants in a one-night-only moment.
The now-iconic Messi slab mural lives on — proudly displayed inside our store as a lasting tribute to what happens when two cultures collide.
Want to see it in person? Visit our space in Wynwood or drop by during your next Miami art crawl.
